Maintenance issues plagued our stay: an unresponsive phone, no ventilation in the bathroom, and air conditioning failures. I appreciate clean facilities and a vibrant atmosphere. I won't overlook the need for staff training and maintenance upgrades. There's potential here, but they must address these critical flaws to enhance guest experience.

the hotel is new and clean - with a super comfy king size bed. it's conveniently close to the metro and within walking distance to the white house and the capitol. breakfast was ok, and the staff allowed us to check in our bags before and after checkout. the front office manager - jason garcia - was amazing and genuinely cared about ensuring all guests were satisfied.

hyatt place met my expectations and more. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. the views from the large window were stunning, especially at night. the staff was busy but kind and helpful. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including vegan choices. the neighborhood felt safe, and the location was ideal for exploring the area.
